The UAE project of Webista
Web Designing in Dubai is the UAE project of Webista, a software house that builds websites, e-commerce platforms, CRM systems and SaaS products. This site is where we serve businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates.
Our design and development team works from Lahore, Pakistan, one hour behind the UAE. We meet clients on video call, WhatsApp and email during UAE working hours, and you speak directly with the people who design and build your website.

The founder
Rana Muhammad Usman
Founder and lead developer
Rana started building web software in 2017, after a BS in Computer Science at the University of Central Punjab. As a freelance full stack engineer he has delivered projects for clients in Pakistan, the UK and the UAE, and has worked as a full stack developer for publishing, education and digital marketing companies.
His work covers the whole stack: CRM back-offices with role-based access, property and e-commerce marketplaces, search with Elasticsearch, white-label stores with local and international payments, and the servers they run on. Several projects in our portfolio, including Gharlo, Universities Page and Outreach Expert, were built with Rana as lead developer, from the database to the live server.

WDD built our new website in English and Arabic. Our whole product range, services and projects are now managed from the admin, and our team adds new products and pages without waiting for a developer. The Arabic version is properly right to left, not just translated. Communication was clear from start to launch.
WDD built both sides of Gharlo: the property portal and the CRM behind it. Leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, agents and our website now come into one system and are assigned to the team, and we approve every listing before it goes live. Attendance, leaves and payroll run in the same system.
WDD rebuilt our website around a proper machine catalogue: specifications, photos and PDF brochures for every machine, with quote forms. Enquiries are saved in the admin and we can reply on WhatsApp with one click. Our team manages the catalogue ourselves.

We sell a service, not a product, and WDD built the platform around that: a website catalogue, packages, PayPal and Stripe checkout and a dashboard where customers follow their orders. We edit pages, menus and redirects ourselves from the admin.
