DesiCart
Our white-label e-commerce platform: English, Arabic and Urdu storefront, card payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and a full admin.
We build online stores that UAE shoppers trust: prices in dirhams, card payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay, cash on delivery where it helps, an Arabic storefront and an admin that keeps orders, stock and returns under control.

Selling a handful of products to test the market? A hosted store builder may be all you need, and we will tell you that. The trouble starts as you grow and the small things start to cost money: monthly apps for every feature, fees on every sale, an Arabic version that half works, or checkout rules the platform will not bend to.
We build the shop front and the back office as one system. A delivery fee, coupon or VAT setting changed in the admin behaves identically in the cart, at checkout and on the invoice.
Built into every store we deliver.
Products with variations, attributes, brands and categories, offers, reviews and a wishlist.
Cards with 3-D Secure, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, cash on delivery and bank transfer with receipt upload.
Delivery fees, free-delivery threshold, minimum order, VAT and coupons, all set in the admin and checked again at checkout.
Sign-up with one-time code, saved addresses, order tracking, and guest checkout for first-time buyers.
Order management, refunds and returns, and sales reports you can export to PDF.
English and Arabic, with the Arabic store laid out right to left from product page to checkout.
Prices and totals are worked out by the server, never by the shopper's browser. Stock is held for the order while it is placed, so two customers cannot both buy the last unit, and if an item sells out after an online payment, the payment is refunded automatically. Admin logins use two-factor authentication and every change is logged.

Our own e-commerce platform and a store that sells a service rather than a product.

Our white-label e-commerce platform: English, Arabic and Urdu storefront, card payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and a full admin.

A marketplace that sells a service, not a product: website catalogue, packages, PayPal and Stripe checkout and a page builder.
We sell a service, not a product, and WDD built the platform around that: a website catalogue, packages, PayPal and Stripe checkout and a dashboard where customers follow their orders. We edit pages, menus and redirects ourselves from the admin.
Five clear steps, with something you can see and approve at the end of each one.
Your products, payment methods, delivery areas, VAT and languages, agreed in writing.
Scope, timeline and a quote in AED, discussed and agreed with you before any work starts.
Store pages in your brand, for phone first, for you to approve.
A test store you can order from, with a test order on every payment method.
Product import, team training, go-live and support as you grow.
Already running in stores we have built: card payments through Stripe with 3-D Secure, Apple Pay and Google Pay; PayPal; cash on delivery; and bank transfer with the customer uploading the receipt. A UAE gateway such as Network International, Telr or PayTabs can be connected on request through the provider's own API. You open the merchant account; we confirm what your provider supports during discovery and put it in the written scope.
Yes. The store currency, delivery fees, free-delivery threshold, minimum order and tax are set in the admin, and the cart and checkout apply exactly the same rules. The amount a customer pays is always worked out on the server, never trusted from the browser.
No. We build custom stores, either on DesiCart, the e-commerce platform we built and maintain, or from scratch when the business model needs it. You get a store on your own server with no per-sale platform fee and code you own.
Yes. DesiCart has an English, Arabic and Urdu storefront, and the Arabic version runs right to left, from the product page to checkout.
Only one order succeeds. Stock is checked and reserved inside the order itself, and if an item sells out after an online payment, the payment is refunded automatically. If anything fails mid-order, nothing half-finished is left behind.
Yes. For Outreach Expert we built a store that sells guest posts on other websites: customers choose from a catalogue, pay by PayPal or Stripe and submit their content with the order.
Your products, how customers pay and where you deliver. We reply within one working day with questions and a clear next step.
