Custom software & SaaS, built around your process

When spreadsheets and subscriptions stop keeping up, we build the software behind your business: portals with their own logins, dashboards, internal tools and SaaS products with billing, connected to the services you already use.

When it is worth it

Custom software earns its cost when workarounds become the job

An off-the-shelf subscription is often the sensible choice, because its maker handles the updates. Custom software is worth it when your team spends hours every week copying data between tools, or when customers and partners need access to your system in a way no product allows.

Signs you have outgrown your tools

  • Your team copies the same data between tools and spreadsheets every day
  • Customers, partners or students need their own login
  • Your approvals and business rules keep fighting the tool you pay for
  • You want to sell the software itself as a subscription
  • The data has to stay on your server and the code in your hands
What we build

A workspace per customer, custom domains, plans, trials, renewals and online billing.

Dashboards and reports

Live numbers in one place, scheduled email reports and exports.

Office tools

Attendance, leave approval, payroll, expenses and invoices.

Security built in

Our own SaaS

Regenious: a multi-tenant platform we run every day

Each SEO agency on Regenious gets a branded workspace on its own subdomain or domain, data synced from Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Bing, scheduled reports, a client portal and online billing. Billing, tenants and permissions are where SaaS products break; we handle them daily.

What clients say about this work

WDD built both sides of Gharlo: the property portal and the CRM behind it. Leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, agents and our website now come into one system and are assigned to the team, and we approve every listing before it goes live. Attendance, leaves and payroll run in the same system.

WDD rebuilt our website around a proper machine catalogue: specifications, photos and PDF brochures for every machine, with quote forms. Enquiries are saved in the admin and we can reply on WhatsApp with one click. Our team manages the catalogue ourselves.

WDD built our study abroad portal with separate logins for students and consultants, online applications and appointment booking. Every application and enquiry is saved as a lead for our team, and we manage every section of the site from the admin.

We sell a service, not a product, and WDD built the platform around that: a website catalogue, packages, PayPal and Stripe checkout and a dashboard where customers follow their orders. We edit pages, menus and redirects ourselves from the admin.

Process

How your project runs

Five clear steps, with something you can see and approve at the end of each one.

  1. Discovery call

We ask about your customers, your goals and the pages or features you need. You get honest advice, even if it is "you do not need custom work".

  2. Written proposal

Scope, page list, timeline and a quote in AED, in writing. We go through it together and adjust it to your budget before any work starts.

  3. Design

Page designs in your brand, for phone and desktop, for you to review and approve.

  4. Build & test

We build in short milestones, with a link you can click through on your own phone at each step.

  5. Launch & care

Go-live, a walk-through of your admin, and hosting, updates and support afterwards if you want it.

FAQ

Custom software: your questions

What kind of custom software do you build?

Web applications that run in the browser: customer, student or partner portals with their own logins, internal tools for your team, dashboards and reports, and SaaS products with a workspace per customer, plans and billing.

Can you build a SaaS product for us to sell?

Yes. We run our own: Regenious is a multi-tenant SaaS where each agency gets its own branded workspace on a subdomain or custom domain, with plans, online billing, a client portal and scheduled reports. We build the same foundations for clients.

Which services can the software connect to?

Integrations already running in our projects include Google sign-in, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Meta lead ads, WhatsApp, Stripe, PayPal and Paddle, Firebase push notifications, Cloudinary and Amazon S3, Elasticsearch search, and AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI and DeepSeek.

How do you keep the software secure?

Roles and permissions per user, two-factor login, login challenges on new devices where needed, audit logs of changes, and payment amounts always calculated on the server. Your data can stay on your own server.

Do we own the software?

Yes. The source code, the data and the software are yours, and ownership is written into the agreement before work starts.
