Universities Page is a study abroad consultancy based in Pakistan. Its platform presents universities, courses and scholarships, sells the consultancy's services and turns every application and enquiry into a lead the team can follow up.

Problem

Students, consultants and the office team each needed a different view of the same data, and enquiries came in through many forms.

Solution

A portal with separate logins for students, foreign students and consultants, online applications and bookings, AI-assisted tools and a large admin.

Result

Applications, consultations and enquiries are stored as leads, and every section of the site is managed from the admin.

What students see

Universities, courses, scholarships, study destinations and country pages, test preparation, visa services, guides, news, videos, jobs and success stories, with comparison, search and a wishlist. A consultant directory has its own city pages.

Tools that do some of the advising

An eligibility calculator, a resume builder and CV analysis sit alongside AI-assisted tools: a scholarship matcher, a study plan generator, a visa outcome predictor and an embassy interview predictor, built on the DeepSeek API.

Three kinds of login

  • Students apply online, track applications, book free consultations and appointments, and upload documents.
  • Foreign students have their own area with appointments.
  • Consultants get a dashboard to add and track their students and see reports.

An admin for every section

About 60 admin modules cover universities, courses, scholarships, admissions, applications, consultants, students, finance, reports, articles and authors, comments, reviews, notifications, announcements, an inbox, job posts, redirects, static pages, users and activity logs. Payments run through Stripe, and documents are generated as PDF and Word files.
