Leads arrived from Facebook, WhatsApp, agents and the website, and listings from many users had to be checked before going live.
One product with two faces: a public portal for listings and projects, and a CRM that captures every lead, assigns it and controls what gets published.
Listings, leads, agents and the office team are managed in one system, with every lead assigned and its follow-ups tracked.
The public portal
Visitors search property by city, area, type and category, filter by amenities, save favourites and report problem listings. New developments get their own pages with unit types, payment plans, media, FAQs and an enquiry form. City and area landing pages, a blog and a video section support search traffic.
Users and agencies register with email verification and two-factor login, or sign in with Google or Apple. A personal dashboard lets them handle their listings, buyer enquiries and help requests, and buy listing packages and credits, paying by manual methods with proof of payment uploaded.

The CRM behind it
- Listing control: listings and projects are approved, rejected or featured from the CRM.
- Leads from four channels: Facebook lead ads pulled in through Meta's API, WhatsApp chats, agents and website enquiries.
- Automatic assignment: leads nobody picks up are assigned to an employee on a schedule, with tasks and follow-ups.
- WhatsApp inbox: office numbers linked by QR code; chats land in one shared inbox and new customers become leads.
- Call logs: a companion mobile app syncs calls and matches them to leads.
The office, too
Employees, departments and roles, attendance with location, leaves, company holidays, daily tasks, performance, bonuses, salary and payslips, expenses, monthly budgets and invoices are all part of the same system, with support tickets, announcements, audit logs and two-factor login.
What it means for a UAE property business
Dubai agencies and developers face the same pattern: leads from portals, Meta ads and WhatsApp, spread across agents' phones. The same building blocks power our CRM development work. Tell us how your team handles leads today.
WDD built both sides of Gharlo: the property portal and the CRM behind it. Leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, agents and our website now come into one system and are assigned to the team, and we approve every listing before it goes live. Attendance, leaves and payroll run in the same system.
